The Wally Pipp of businesses, C&L Auto Supply moved to 27 S Main in 1937, and closed later that same year. They would be replaced By Ander’s Shoes, still at it at the same location 81 years later

29-31 S Main, aka the Corbett Building, in 1927
29-31 North Main is known as the Corbett Building, actually one of the Corbett Buildings, the other is directly behind it, facing SE A. It was built in 1926 and donated to the American Legion. They had their lodge upstairs, various businesses inhabited the ground floor.
